Soul-Full Presence Spirituality Group: This group is not a psychotherapy group. Rather, it’s intended as a safe place for the exploration of spirituality and meditation. Group topics/practice to include but not limited to: • Connecting to your Truth, shedding the ego. • Integration of your shadow self and Soul • Mindfulness: Being present. Being the observer. Nonattachment. • Breath work • Raising your vibration. • The power of forgiveness and gratitude • Sacred heart • Ho‘oponopono prayer/meditation • Cleansing energy field, chakras • Creating and protecting sacred space • Detaching from old narratives and living in presence. • Cultivating compassion and love • Grounding Cost: $50.00 per session
